5. Purchases and Licensing

5.1 License Grant

Upon purchasing a contract template, you receive a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, fill in, and use the document for one transaction or purpose. Each purchase entitles you to one completed document.

5.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share purchased templates with third parties
• Use templates for multiple transactions without separate purchases
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or attributions
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source formatting of templates
• Use our templates for unlawful purposes

5.3 Download Window

After filling in and generating your document, you have 30 days from the date of first download to re-download the completed PDF. After this period, access to the download will expire.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, though changes will not affect previously completed purchases.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including but not limited to contract templates, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Legal Gallery or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on this Service is the exclusive property of Legal Gallery.

8. User-Submitted Content

When you fill in contract templates, the information you provide remains your own. We do not claim ownership of the data you input. However, we may retain this data on our servers to enable your download functionality, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Legal Gallery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or purchased templates
