Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases of contract templates and document packages are non-refundable. Once a digital product has been purchased, it cannot be returned. Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Legal Gallery provides digital legal contract templates that are customized with your information and delivered as downloadable PDF documents. Because our products are digital goods that are immediately accessible upon purchase, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.
2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
Our no-refund policy exists because:
- Digital delivery: Contract templates are made available for immediate download and customization upon purchase. Once access is granted, the product has been delivered.
- Customization access: Upon purchase, you gain full access to fill in and customize the template with your specific information, which constitutes use of the product.
- Non-returnable nature: Digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, as you retain a copy of any accessed or downloaded materials.
3. Before You Buy
To help you make an informed purchase, we recommend:

4. Exceptions
In rare and exceptional circumstances, we may consider a credit or replacement at our sole discretion if:
- Duplicate charge: You were accidentally charged more than once for the same product. In this case, we will refund the duplicate charge.
- Technical failure: A verified technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing or downloading your purchased document, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
- Incorrect product delivery: You received a different product than what was described and purchased, and we are unable to provide the correct product.
To request an exception, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase with a detailed explanation and any supporting evidence.
5. Custom Contract Requests
If you have submitted a request for a custom contract through our contact form, please note that any custom work is quoted and agreed upon separately. Refund terms for custom work, if any, will be communicated as part of the custom engagement agreement.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first may result in the immediate suspension of your account. We encourage you to reach out to our support team to resolve any concerns before initiating a dispute.
